The Choir performs at least three concerts a year and rehearses weekly in the City of Portsmouth Girls' School on Monday evenings. In addition to the performances there is an active social life within the choir with cocktail parties, summer barbecues and trips abroad as regular events.
We always welcome new members, and if you enjoy singing and are interested in joining us, why not come along for a trial period? There’s no obligation! There are open evenings near the beginning of each term, and if you’re unable to attend one of these, just come along on another Monday or, preferably, telephone Ruth Shack (02392 475 995) who will be happy to provide more details. If you decide you would like to stay with us we will ask you to take a short informal audition.
